# Nike x One Piece: A Global Launch Without a Cyprus Route

SNKRS will sell the collection online, but Cyprus is not a supported market. Access depends on the release terms of selected European retailers.

Nike has officially revealed its One Piece collection, but a buyer in Cyprus still cannot treat the words [global launch](<https://about.nike.com/en/newsroom/releases/nike-one-piece-collection-transforms-imagination-into-motion-for-adventurers-everywhere>) as a confirmed delivery route.

Nike says the collection will launch online through SNKRS on 25 September 2026, after pop-ups and selected retail releases. It has shown three redesigned Air Max Plus shoes, jerseys, T-shirts, caps and a vest. The announcement does not say that every item will be sold online in every market, and no Cyprus-specific release page or euro pricing is available.

SNKRS sells through country-specific Nike digital stores. Nike's [current European sales terms](<https://agreementservice.svs.nike.com/rest/agreement?agreementType=termsOfSale&uxId=com.nike.tos&country=GR&language=el&requestType=redirect>) cover SNKRS purchases in supported markets and do not include Cyprus. The Greek SNKRS storefront serves Greece; it is not a Cyprus delivery route. For Cyprus buyers, the practical option is to watch the named European retailers and confirm that the exact product or raffle listing accepts a Cyprus address.

> [!IMPORTANT]
> **Online sales are confirmed; SNKRS does not serve Cyprus**
>
> Nike confirms an online SNKRS launch on 25 September, alongside earlier pop-up and retailer releases. Cyprus is not one of Nike’s supported digital-store markets, and each European retailer will set its own release and delivery terms.

## What Nike has actually revealed

Nike says the three shoes reinterpret Devil Fruits through specially retooled Air Max Plus uppers. The [official collection page](<https://www.nike.com/jp/en/onepiece-nike>) identifies the shoes as Gomu Gomu, Mera Mera and Ope Ope editions.

**The three Air Max Plus designs announced for the collection.**

| Shoe | Devil Fruit reference | Style |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Air Max Plus SP Gomu Gomu | Gomu Gomu no Mi | IR0968 |
| Air Max Plus SP Mera Mera | Mera Mera no Mi | IW1283 |
| Air Max Plus SP Ope Ope | Ope Ope no Mi | IW1282 |

Nike Japan lists each shoe at JPY 27,500 including tax. That is useful for identifying the products, not for calculating a Cyprus price: no official European retail price was available when this guide was checked.

Nike Japan lists different domestic channels for the designs: Gomu Gomu for its Tokyo pop-up and SNKRS, Ope Ope for the Tokyo pop-up, and Mera Mera for the Tokyo pop-up and Nike Umeda. Those Japanese allocations do not establish what European shops will receive.

Nike says the apparel includes manga panels, a collaboration logo and T-shirt graphics inspired by classic Nike adverts. One design references the Jolly Roger Luffy drew as a mark of a promise. The range also includes jerseys, caps and a vest referring to the Devil Fruits' hated-by-the-sea effect.

## The launch is a sequence, not one release

Different parts of the collection are moving through different channels. A named retailer or SNKRS launch does not mean every shoe, clothing design or size will be available in every market.

**Release milestones announced by Nike on 23 August 2026.**

| Date | Release activity |
| --- | --- |
| 4-6 September | Dr. B's RESEARCH LAB pop-up in Tokyo |
| 12 September | Selected retail experiences in Asia, Mexico City and Nike Umeda |
| 19 September | Selected retailers in Europe and the United States |
| 25 September | Global collection launch on SNKRS |
| 16-18 October | Supply retail experience in Sydney |

For Cyprus, 19 September is the first date worth monitoring because selected European retailers receive parts of the collection. SNKRS launches online on 25 September, but Nike's supported markets do not include Cyprus. Access therefore depends on an exact retailer listing that accepts a Cyprus address.

## Route one: wait for the named EU retailers

Nike names Patta in Amsterdam, AFEW in Dusseldorf, FOOTDISTRICT in Madrid, One Block Down in Milan and SNS in Stockholm for 19 September. It has not confirmed online sales, Cyprus delivery, each shop's allocation or available sizes.

[AFEW currently includes Cyprus in its ordinary shipping destinations](<https://en.afew-store.com/pages/shipping>). That confirms that the shop can send some standard orders to the island. It does not confirm that a Nike x One Piece raffle or product listing will accept a Cyprus address. Only the eventual product or raffle terms can establish access to this release.

## Route two: treat Great Britain and Japan differently

Offspring in London is also on Nike's 19 September schedule. If it dispatches from Great Britain, VAT is payable irrespective of the goods' value, although the retailer may collect it at checkout rather than the carrier collecting it on delivery. Postal or courier clearance fees may apply, and customs duty may apply above €150 subject to the product's tariff classification and origin.

Nike Japan is not a clean fallback. Nike's [Japanese international-shipping help page](<https://www.nike.com/jp/help/a/international-shipping>) states that orders are delivered only within Japan and says it does not deliver to reshipping or forwarding companies. A forwarding attempt therefore carries a cancellation risk before the additional delivery and import costs are considered.

The [European Commission guidance for goods bought inside the EU](<https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/buying-goods-online-coming-within-european-union_en>) says that customs duties are not payable when the goods are already located in the EU at the time of sale. For [goods arriving from outside the EU](<https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/buying-goods-online-coming-non-european-union-country_en>), import VAT is payable, although it may be collected at checkout, and the carrier can add clearance costs. The exact landed price cannot be calculated until the shop, location of the goods, retail price and tax treatment are known.

For a Cyprus buyer, the decision rule is simple: ignore SNKRS as a direct route and use a named retailer only when the exact product or raffle page accepts the address and shows the final cost.
